If you think about our generation today you would think the kids and young adults all have Facebooks, Instagrams, Twitters, and Tumblers. But is all this public media good for our futures? Some people say this won't effect our futures, but have you ever thought that maybe future employers or colleges might look for you on the Internet? Also cyber bullying happens online and on social media. Cyber bulling is the use of the internet or technology to hurt someone else. Cyber bullying leads to many deaths. So this is also a disadvantage to being online. I think parents should be checking up on kids social accounts because you have to be careful on what you say or it might get you hurt. I know kids my age are bullied and we shouldn't be hurt especially when we are this young and we don't always know how to handle the issue.
But there is some advantages to being connected. One you are able to be connected with your friends and able to journey your life with posting pictures and posts so you never forget. Secondly, it's just a good thing to be connected because if we weren't we wouldn't know all about the new news. Lastly, technology is soon going to be a lifestyle and if we don't start being connected now then we won't have a clue on what we are doing later. What's your opinion on this subject?
